WOW, what a way to bring back in-person events!

After 2 years of lockdowns and restrictions it was so refreshing to be at an event seeing and meeting peers, mates and new people face-to-face. Everyone seemed to share the same excitement as us, with attendees visiting from all over the country.

Here’s what the QPC team had to say about the event:

“This was my (I believe many peoples) first real-life conference since lockdowns began 2 odd years ago, so it was fantastic to get back in touch with industry peers and make new connections. I thought the event was excellent. The venue was a good size, and the quality of exhibitors and customers was good, especially the number of customers attending on Wednesday. I thought the four breakout sessions/demonstrations were well attended and seemed to bring in the customers, even from other states, which was good for me.”

“It was finally great to meet the team after two years and I bumped into a lot of old industry associates who I haven’t seen in quite some time. Great to meet with partners and talk to people/potential customers face to face.”

We were very pleased with our position on the expo floor, near the entrance with lots of foot traffic as people headed to the breakout session locations or for much needed coffee while they explored the show floor. Customer Experience was truly on display throughout the event, and we were thrilled to be participating. 

Our spinning prize wheel attracted great attention! We had games, sweet treats, and even cash vouchers up for grabs across the two days. Congratulations to everyone who won something, it was fun watching you play and cheer as prizes were won.
